This project involved the complete refurbishment of a dilapidated garage structure in London, transforming it into a bright and functional office studio. Our approach focused on celebrating the existing character of the building while introducing contemporary elements to create an inspiring workspace.We elected to expose the timber framework, showcasing the building's inherent structure and adding a rich, textural warmth to the space. For ultimate adaptability, the walls were re-lined with versatile pegboard, offering a flexible and ever-changing display and storage solution. This allows the occupants to easily reconfigure their workspace, adapting to evolving needs and creative impulses. The result is a bright, efficient, and characterful studio that perfectly blends industrial aesthetics with modern office demands.
